Muscle Feature: Gio Ortega
And, for our purpose, we know that Gio has made some major sacrifices to get the body he's so proud of. I can't seem to find his workout regimen online, but from what I can tell, he goes heavy on the bench press and focuses a great deal on bicep and tricep exercises while doing various ab workouts from ab machines to routines that involve heavy weight and a lot of calisthenics.
So, for your inspiration as you continue your own workout regimen, here is this sexy ass lil dude I wish could creep in my bedroom with his draws down and turned around...Gio Ortega.
