As you guys know I have a LONG AND LASTING struggle with my weight. I gain, I lose, I gain, I lose--and ultimately, I wouldn't be doing so much losing if I just took my lazy, smoking all day ass back to the gym.
But, that is both here and there, so I have an issue.
I have a former trainer who says, "go to failure, eat, and you will not need supplements."
I have the other former trainer who says, "go to failure most of the time, eat, take a whey protein and do X (a creatine and energy supplement) for best results."
The heads confused and the body's not getting bigger.
